Honoring the Past, Inspiring the Future: Black History Month

Black history is American history. From science and education to art, music, sports, faith, and civil rights, Black leaders, innovators, and everyday heroes have played a vital role in building the society we live in today. Figures like Harriet Tubman, Martin Luther King Jr., Rosa Parks, Mae Jemison, Frederick Douglass, and so many others remind us of the power of courage, perseverance, and vision.
